The Rick Ross vs. 50 Cent smoke is still in the air — and Rozay just found another reason to troll his longtime rival.

During the Donell Jones vs. Joe VERZUZ, Joe surprised the crowd by bringing out 50 Cent and G-Unit. Fif performed “Wanna Get to Know You” and “Big Rich Town,” turning the R&B celebration into a major hip-hop moment. (Complex⁠)

But Ross saw the situation through a completely different lens.

Ross has previously talked about having an ownership/equity position connected to VERZUZ, and his history with 50 made the appearance perfect material for another jab. The joke: after all these years of 50 not stepping into a VERZUZ battle against T.I. — or Ross himself — Fif finally touched the VERZUZ stage anyway.

And according to Ross’ trolling, he did it for FREE.

Rozay joked about showing his appreciation for 50’s “volunteer services” by rewarding his newest unpaid employee with a bottle of Belaire — another slick reference considering Ross has promoted the champagne brand for years.
