Tiffany Amber Rene: Success & Passion

Hello! My name is Tiffany Joseph. I am originally from Trinidad and Tobago, but I moved to the the United States when I was 3 years old. I have lived the majority of my life in Connecticut, but have recently moved to New York to pursue my schooling as well as establish myself as a multi-purposed artist. 

My original talent creativity comes from dance. I have been dancing since the age of 5 years old. Knowing that I had a passion for it, I attended a liberal arts high school. I was able to study with well known dancers in the industry as well as being able to perfect my talent. 

My success started during my senior year of high school when I had to complete a senior thesis project. My project was teaching dance rehabilitation to adults who have special needs. From there  went on to create my non for profit organization "Through Dance Change Happens." I am contracted to go into schools and I teach students the art form of dance. My mission is to give students and young children a creative outlet to deal with their problems. If i can help just one child or person then i know that i am doing my job. 

Like I mentioned earlier I am a woman of many talents. although dance is passion, I am interested various other things. I am a big lover of fashion and makeup. I love to blog about my outfits on my tumblr as well as my instagram. When it comes to makeup I am very much self taught but, I am good at what I do and have done many of my friends and families faces for photo shoots, weddings etc. My passion for what I love to do is what makes me be able to put forth my best in everything that I do. When you are passionate about something the sky is the limit for your success. 

A week in my life is crazy to say the least. If i am not at school then I am at work or rehearsal etc. I am a dance teacher I teach, beginners hip hop, jazz, and ballet. I am a full time student at mercy college, a junior. I take part of various community activities so I am always practicing to be in some performance.

My definition of success is work hard to play harder. If you are passionate about something then it is not going to feel like work. 

Hmm I would say I draw a lot of my inspiration from various different people. Rihanna, Chris Brown, Bryson Tiller, Kid Ink. I admire their work ethics and how humble they are.
