1. What is your name and where are you from?
My name is Renisha Raie, I'm from Detroit, Michigan but I'm currently residing in sunny Los Angeles, California.
2. Please tell us about your hustle in the entertainment business?
I have created a women's empowerment brand called "Girls Who Love Hip-Hop" our mission is to empower women in a male dominated industry. Our website will be launching soon and it will consist of our commentary on hip-hop culture, a lot of underground hip-hop, and a space for women in the industry to connect.
3. What are one of your goals you want to complete in 2016?
I have so many but one of the main goals is to completely transfer from a 9-5 to working for myself full time.
4. What was the hardest situation you had to go through to get to where you are in life?
I had to understand I was the only one trully standing in my own way and to not fear success or failure. I suffered from Depression and thoughts of not being good enough and I was just really afraid to go after my vision. But time with myself and God helped me gain the confidence to step out on faith,

6. Any last words or comments? I want women in the arts and entertainment industry to know that the movement I'm creating is for them and I hope they get and want to be apart of it. GirlsWhoLoveHipHop.Com will be launching sometime this month.
7. What is one thing you want to see changed in your community?
I want to see black women unify and stand together. I want to see black people support each other in general but really I want the hate among women specifically women of color to stop.
8. What was the last really movie you seen? Creed was amazing and Michael B Jordan is bae for life.
9. What is your definition of a hustler? My hometown breeds nothing but hustlers being from the motor city gives you an innate drive to succeed and make something out of nothing. So a hustler to me is anyone who has the ability to have a vision and the will to sustain that vision to where it takes care of them financially.
