1. What is your name and where are you from?

Imani Henderson and I am from Detroit, MI.

2. What type of businesses are you in?

I have an online brand management business that helps small businesses take the next step to become competitive.

3. How has social media improved your businesses services?

Social media is my businesses. Listening to my customers online has provided me with great feedback and has helped me to create a customer oriented business.

5. What makes you a hustler?

I'm a hustler because I WORK hard to achieve my goal.

6. As as a black woman do you feel you have to work harder to get treated fairly in today's society?

As a young black women, I have to work harder to prove that I deserve to be here. Most of my client's and competitors are older. I don't defend my age, I just let me work speak for itself.

7. Who inspires you to go hard when times get rough?

When times get rough, I focus on my past accomplishments. I've been journaling to create goals and track my progress. I celebrate all milestones no matter how small.

8. Any last words or shout outs?

Follow your dreams. Operate in purpose. That one thing that your gut is telling you to do that you are ignoring stop what you are doing now and run like hell towards that.

9. What is one goal you want to accomplish in 2016?

Create a beter system for my business so that it can function more seamlessly.
