1. What is your name and where are you from?

Hey, I'm Amber Juelle and Cleveland, OH is where I'm from.

2. Why are you a sunflower?

Why am I Sunflower?...I'm sun kissed and rooted in my truth. Inspiration came from the poem "Warrior Queens" by Lala Abdul. You can check it out on YouTube.

3. How did you get into being a creative director and blogger?

Well in college I was on the Event Committee for an organization I was in. I always loved the "creative behind the scenes work." Recently, this year I was approached by two friends, Juice and Mal, to be apart of the dream to create a platform for creatives...and that's where Colored Radio and my roll came into play.

4. Tell us about Colored Radio?

Colored Radio is a platform that services the culture in creative mediums: music, art, fashion, etc. CR produces its own content (music, blogs,podcast,etc) while showcasing other talented artists.

5. How can people find you online?

People can find me on www.coloredradio.com. Twitter is @colored_radio. My personal IG, Twitter and Snap is @amberjuelle and my tumblr is WakeCreateWatermelon...that's were you'll find the more "deeper" side of me lol.

6. What do you want to see changed in your community?

On the creative end, changes have been going on in my community and they are good ones. I see a lot of people working together to help or simply encourage one another. On a serious tip, we all need to come together to love and understand each other more. It's a lot of crazy shit going on in the world and communities all over need to just work together.

7. What is one of your business goals you want to complete in the near future?

*pondering face* lol...one of my biggest business goals personally is to make a name for myself and what I love to do where I can reach and touch so many people. Rather it's being on their creative team or just speaking to the young kids to provide hope and guidance.

8. What is a hustler?

A hustler to me is someone who doesn't make excuses, stays true to themselves and never betrays their dreams. That last one is actually tatted on my arm!

9. Any shout outs?

Shout out to my guys Juice, @juiceshrugs and Mal, @kingmallymal and my parental unit lol. I really have an amazing moms and pops and supportive family!

10. What is your definition of success?

Doing what you love and living the life you love.
