3. What was your experience at the February 14, 2018, Stoneman Douglas High School Shooting?

It was extremely strange and unexpected. As it was Valentine's Day the halls were filled with affectionate couples and girls clutching life-size teddy bears and boxes of chocolates. I was wearing red that day - on purpose because of the holiday - and was truly in my own head and set on the school day ending so I could go home and work on an English project. Fast forward to fourth period that day we had yet another fire alarm and as it was 15 minutes until dismissal we were instructed to take our bags and line up on a field outside the building. It became apparent that this was not a fire drill and was a far more dire situation. We evacuated to a local grocery store and by the helicopters passing overhead, excess police officers carrying rifles, and SWAT tanks that drove through the crowded streets I was made aware that this was not normal. From news stations and social media, I was made aware of how immense the carnage inside of my school how many individuals would have their lives changed forever.

4. Can you tell us about your friend Helena?

I've known Helena since I was in kindergarten and she has remained the kindest person I will ever know. Her heart was so pure and she was truly kind to everyone even if I felt they were undeserving. She was witty and sarcastic, me and her could go back and forth with jokes and her laugh was infectious. I would always catch myself making dumb jokes just to make her laugh. I don't have many friends and she had never lost her position as someone I cared about. She was truly an amazing person that deserved so much more than this country gave her.

5. What is your personal opinion about gun laws and mental illness in our communities?

I feel that it is a topic so commonly brushed under the rug to appease people's political views. Gun laws are deemed political issues rather than human issues and mental health concern is either ridiculed or neglected.

6. Why is the Black Lives Matter movement important to you?

As a black girl in America, racial equality has always meant the most to me. The outrage for the slaughter of unarmed black men, women, and children is justified and all opposition of the movement furthers the historical illness of racism and violence within our country. Humanity has meant the most to me throughout my life and I am unable to accept a society that ridicules those protesting in justice.

8. What are your goals after high school?

I'm pursuing a career as a human rights lawyer either in the Mid-Atlantic or up North. I'm starting to focus more on activism and serving my community.

9. What is your message to President Trump?

He is such an ignorant and shrunken mind at 71 years of age. As a leader with such an immense amount of power, it is essential that you play the game of catering to ALL American citizens rather than those with similar political views. I find party patronage to be such an archaic and degenerative tactic of division and wish this country had a leader willing to choose unity over immature expressions of pride.The hate speech he consistently delivers is despicable and is an accurate representative of the current state of our country.

4. What does modeling and singing mean to you?

Modeling to me means to provide art using your body, meaning You can tell a entire story based off of pictures. That's how powerful photography is. It also depends on the persons delivery. Anybody can just sit in front of a camera but it's takes a "Model" to Sell that shit. You gotta have the passion for it. It'll show in your pictures, you gotta have that spark in your persona. That'll make a photographer say, "oh yeah I need her, get her on the line," or even say, "she hasn't got it yet but I can mold her into what she needs to be." Modeling to me is telling a story with pictures, no words......but pictures . To me modeling is showing the world your many faces and abilities , to have the world crave you. It's millions of models out here but you have to be the authentic rare kind of model that differs you from everyone else.. that's just my opinion. I started singing since I was about 5 yrs old, it eventually progressed as I got older and I grew into my voice. Singing to me is my get away when I sing or I'm just listening to music everything seems to fade away.... the day to day bullshit I face doesn't exist in those moments. I love the reaction I get out of people when they ask me to sing. I always seem to amaze people because my singing voice differs from my talking voice I never got any bad comments on my singing except that I need voice control...lol I was kinda offended but I had to look at it from a professional point of view. Singing for me is my peace of mind to know that God blessed me with a gift I barely use is upsetting because it's a waste of talent. I just fell off from it a little bit but I've never, never will stop loving it. It's apart of who I am .

5. How has London Dior inspired you?

London Dior has inspired me by showing me anything is possible. Me and Dasia was the same age. She was such a rare breed of female that it almost made me wanna cry like the way she spit them words out like it was natural to her. She was so amazing, it was just like damn, I gotta know this girl she's too dope. Her ambition reminded me of myself. It made me think to myself you got a voice that you don't use, you could be up there with the big dogs doing your thing like London. She just made me want to be a better me. I mean who would've thought a girl from Clay Terrace would've reached the goals she reached. Seen the things she saw. Went the places she went. She was such a humble but yet vicious (in a good way). She was just unique. We will never have another Lundy like ever . The crazy part is when I was younger I always said my performance name would be KiaaDior. I don't think that's it a coincident either. I remember when I mentioned her on twitter and told her that I'm fucking with her music heavily. She's a bad bitch and rapper. I even told her I sung and would love to work with her... she just never got around to replying. So when I got the news that we lost our D.C. Princess I was heartbroken. She had so much life ahead of her and it just opened my eyes to life.... London motivated me to never stop trying so that's exactly what I'm going to do Rest easy baby girl and thank you for just being you. it taught me how to be me and not care about what mf got to say.

6. What is a hustler?

A hustler is a determined person ... someone who will make ends meet no matter what it takes, someone who can really make a dollar out of 45 cents. I'm a hustler. I'm never without. I always make shit happen regardless of the situation. "Can't should never be in anyone's vocabulary." A hustler is simply a person who makes shit happen without seeking any handouts and I mean that in every aspect!

Yes. Shout out to God first and for most my Lord and Savior. Shout out to my grandmother for raising my difficult ass all 19 years. I don't know how she did it. I would've killed me lol !! Shout out to my Dad, he supports me non stop, he gives me just the right amount of tough love.

The killing and the hypocrisy! It's so sad that we are no longer being murdered by police but we are killing each other. We are doing exactly what society wants us to do.. they are laughing at us . How does black lives matter ONLY when its others killing us NOT when we are killing each other. It's sad and it's hypocritical ?

"Nothing comes to a sleeper but a dream.... it's up to you to make that dream a reality or to revisit what could be when you close your eyes," meaning if you gotta dream chase it. Veeta venom: Yes Recently the entire world lost a Great Person & Rapper & Friend & Daughter etc. Lundy (London Dior aka Dasia) S/O to her! My connection goes as far as a brief conversation about us possibly creating music together. It's such a tragic situation. I sent my love, positive vibes & condolences to her Mom other fam and closes friends.

3. Can you tell us about your passion for music?

Veeta Venom: I love Music. From the way it sounds; to how it's created, to how far you can take it, to the different styles and genres of Music and sound and voices and echoes and beats. I love my Music, I love my voice and how great I sound and how creative I can be. But most importantly I love how I can network and meet other great Artists and put our creativity together and make magic and more magic. My passion for Music started in "2010," I was 17years old. I would write every day. I was writing lyrics & poetry all through elementary, middle and high school. Selling my lyrics to my male friends who were actually trying to pursue music at the time. When I turned 19 I was diagnosed with Cervical cancer but learned that I not only had it but that it had spreader through out my lower abdomen. Going through treatments etc I eventually stopped rapping, writing etc. I've been writing over the course of the last year 1/2 I've been recording as well. Currently working on my EP. And for our women to come together and work together versus against one another.

1. What is your name and where are you from? I'm Channing Carlisle from lil Broken Bow Oklahoma.

2. How did you get into the world of make up and art professionally? My dad was an artist so naturally being around art you get into it. Makeup was just me playing around with different things on me.

3. How did you create the idea for the mermaid piece that is retweeting and gaining likes all over twitter?It's inspired by a mua Arianna Blean. I wanted to do a different take on it and make it as realistic as possible. I used a few special secrets to create the scales.

4. How can people people follow you online? I'm actually trying to raise money to attend Cinema Makeup School and move to LA in August. I'll attend there for 6 months and then I hope to work on celebrities and movie sets.

Working my 9 to 5 is a way to keep my survival on top of the line, that’s key, especially when you have family to feed and a nice big chunk of bills that don’t pay for themselves. What is your definition of hip hop?
Hip hop is a #CULTURE that represents #ELEMENTS. I describe hip hop elements as rapping, djing, graffiti, and breakdancing. When I define Hip Hop, I visualize some of the greatest rappers of all time such as; Notorious B.I.G, MC Lyte, 2Pac, & Lauryn Hill. Those particular artists stood their ground on making Hip Hop a foundation which has influenced me to the same. 2. Please tell us about where you are from and the places you have been?

I was born in New York but raised in Columbus, Ohio. I been all over the world thanks to my mom and her belief in family vacations every year! So shout out to mom dukes! lol but seriously I branched out on my own when I landed a summer dance internship in Atlanta, then an opportunity in New York where I lived for 3-5 months, and now I am in the DMV area.

3. How did you first break into the entertainment industry?

As a child, my mom set me up for an audition for "The Chocolate Nutcracker" production which was a HUGE deal in Ohio because dance opportunities are very limited there. So, through that experience I found myself as a dancer and I knew I belonged on a stage. From then on, I started to dance for my hometown church World Harvest and several other dance teams. I also danced in a few high school plays and was the dance choreographer for them as well.

I started modeling through dancing. I took some professional pictures for dance auditions in Atlanta and I received great feedback from them. My mentor Jeanna who is a talent agent convinced me to take modeling serious then the rest was history!

4. What have you accomplished up to this point in the business?

I personally accomplished my passion to inspire. I have a unique look, I am not the standard model measurements or any of that but I still pursue it. I also left home to gain knowledge on my talent so I can gain more wisdom to turn myself into the BEST version of me I can be. So, I get consistent messages from people back home and even strangers from IG personally telling me how much I inspire them and how proud they are of me. That gives me the fulfillment and reassurance I need to keep going and that every move I make is purposeful.

Business wise I was able to expand my network with people who have their own businesses, models/actors who have worked for top companies and other industry leaders who have gave me opportunities and installed knowledge in me to get to the next level. I would have never been able to do this if I stayed in my comfort zone.

Lastly, I reached the point that I am getting paid good money for my craft. There is nothing more rewarding then making your passion into your career. It was journey to get to this point but it was worth it.

6. What do you want to see improved in your community?

It’s typical for somebody to say something regarding violence, racism or any other humanitarian issues and that’s nice, I’m all for it but I’m not typical. Ultimately, I want to see my peers praise success and greatness over popularity. That mindset will get you NO WHERE! People want to be popular so much that they will change their look, personalities and mindset to fit in with the next person. No innovate ideas or change will happen from that. God would have made us all the same if he wanted that but he made us all perfect individuals in his sight so we should ACT like individuals.

Two, it is okay to support others! As a community and a culture, I feel like we are not good at this in general. I don’t compete with nobody but myself. When you grasp the first concept of being yourself, you will know that everybody has their own unique gift no matter if you’re in the same field with them or not. That’s what being a team means. Just like football, the team normally wins when they use team work! It is no doubt everybody on the team are great football players but the team knows they have their own position. They have their own gift that they bring on the field so there is no reason to compete with their own team or worry about whose going to be the highlight because if everybody play their position and look out for each other they ALL get the prize. You can’t have a team with just linebackers, right? Be yourself because you’re valuable and support others because it makes a difference in our success as a culture and generation.

7. What is your definition of a hustler?

People seem to always think a hustler is somebody who loses sleep, gets money in the street, etc. However, people have to understand that just because your “busy” doesn’t mean you’re being productive.

So a hustler to me is somebody who turns No’s into a Yes. Somebody who chases their dreams and passions like they breath it. They let their goals shape their company, their schedules and their influence. Somebody who rises above doubt, fear and any other odds that may come against them. Somebody who doesn’t just talk about it but EXECUTES.

8. What is your definition of sexy?

Somebody who accepts their flaws and the things they cannot change, and falls in love with every single bit of their unique selves. It’s all about confidence.

9. Any shout outs?

S/O to my mom for birthing me lol but seriously shout out to moms for being such a strong, inspirational, God fearing women in my life and training me in God’s word so I would be able to deal with any obstacles I face in my life’s journey the RIGHT way. Also, S/O to my mentors Jeanna, Krystal, and Kahh Spence for sowing wisdom and positive guidance in my life. It means a lot and they had a huge impact on who I want to become. Also, my IG supporters for always showing love, leaving positive messages and comments, and of course my family and friends for believing in me. 10. What advice do you have to someone who wants to get in the entertainment business?

Go for it! Everybody deserves a chance and opportunity to chase their dreams. In the entertainment industry it is about who you know so make sure you network and leave positive long lasting impressions on people. You never know who is in the room. Also don’t let anybody try to sell you a dream that requires you to do anything that you are uncomfortable with. If God wanted you to have that opportunity you don’t have to sin to get it. Lastly, have tough skin! Accept failures and rejection with a positive attitude and don’t beat yourself up.

My name is London Dior and honestly, me, my mother and my brother was all in the car one day thinking about a cute poppin name until finally we came up with that one lol.

I'm from Washington D.C. Clay Terrace NE. My grand parents been living around there for about 40 years. Rhys where I grew up.

I was 12 when I first started rapping. I been into the entertainment business but it wasn't always rap. I was more into hip hop dance and singing when I was little but one day I told this girl to upload some music on my phone. She uploaded Nicki and I was like damn like inspired me like shit to rap. Once I got into it it was a wrap.

I'm trying to accomplish so much by the time I am 22. I'm trying to be signed to a label or have enough knowledge to build my own foundation and have my own label. I'm 20 years old right now but by 22 my life will be different. Promise!!!

What would you tell someone who has a low self-esteem due to acne?

I would tell them, first of all, it's okay. Nobodies perfect and that with time, they can heal their skin and overcome confidence issues associated with acne. I'd also tell them to have patience, perfect skin doesn't happen overnight. It takes time and dedication to a balanced skincare regimen.Oh! And the biggest thing I'd say is don't pick or pet your acne, it only does more damage and causes darker scars. Treat your skin with kindness and respect so that it can heal itself. It's one of the hardest things to do when you can feel painful or irritating acne beneath your skin, but leave it alone! Lol

What is your definition of a hustler?
My definition of a hustler is someone who not only has passion and a great vision for building success, but the savvy and resilience to keep getting up when the world tries to knock them; chase their dreams into profitability. When you are really passionate about something, the money isn't the motive. You genuinely want your products or services to reach and help as many people as possible and pursuing that through adversity is the true definition of a hustler, to me.

1.) What's your name and tell us about where you are from? Miss Raindrop but you can call me "Drop," I'm from Columbus, Ohio full of people that supports me and some that don't but I love my city.

2. You've been grinding for a long time. How do you keep yourself relevant? Yes I have! I stay involved. I stay dropping new music/projects and stay low key unless it's an popping event or booked of course.

3. What is one thing you want improved in your community? I want to do more fund raisers and give back. I'm actually starting my first annuals this year 2017 for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

4. What are you currently working on? I'm currently working on my first album and relocating to a new city and state.

5. What is harsh reality about the entertainment business? It's a dog eat dog world.
